Mask mandate begins 07-26
Face masks are required in our schools beginning Monday, July 26

St. Louis County imposed an indoor mask mandate that begins Monday, July 26. As a result, all students, staff and visitors who enter our schools must be masked starting that day.

Family information update 2021
Update your family’s information for the 2021-2022 school year

You can now update your family’s information for the 2021-2022 school year. The Family Information Update gives you the opportunity to review and update your phone numbers, email addresses and other important information. You will also be asked to review our annual notifications, media release, medical records, technology and video conferencing policies.

Forder Elementary School teacher named a Missouri Regional Teacher of the Year

Amanda Wyatt, English Learner (EL) teacher at Forder Elementary School, has been named one of ten honorees for Missouri Regional Teacher of the Year for the St. Louis region. The distinction means she is now eligible to submit an application for Missouri State Teacher of the Year.

BOE approved FY22 budget
Board prioritizes facility repairs, student support in FY22 budget

The Mehlville School District Board of Education unanimously approved the budget for the 2021-2022 school year (FY22) at its June 24 meeting. The FY22 budget of $129.3 million includes a projected operating loss of $2.3 million.

Curriculum department reorganizes to better support teachers and students

Mehlville School District is reorganizing its curriculum department in the 2021-2022 school year to increase curriculum support for teachers and students. In the past, the district had two curriculum directors, one for elementary schools and one for middle and high schools. Going forward the district will have three curriculum directors by content area.

Oakville High girls water polo has championship hopes for historic first season

Missouri State High School Activities Association is hosting its first-ever all-girls water polo season, and the team at Oakville High School has their sights on winning the first state championship. Historically, girls have only been able to compete with boys as part of coed teams.
