Phase II for the new Central Administration Building

Mehlville School District is requesting proposals for Phase II of the New Central Administration Building. Proposals are due on or before Thursday, September 26, 2024 by 2 p.m. at the Mehlville Maintenance facility located at 69 Randolph Place, St. Louis, Missouri 63125, where bids will be publicly opened.

A pre-bid conference will be held Tuesday, September 3, 2024, 2 p.m. at New Central Administration Building for all prospective bidders. All prospective bidders are encouraged to attend the pre-bid conference. Site inspections before or after this date shall be arranged through Mike Gegg at (314-467-7870), minimum of 24 hours notice in advance of the inspection. Contractors are responsible for field verifying all conditions and dimensions.

Contract documents will be available on August 29, 2024, after 10 a.m. for a refundable deposit of $50. Checks to be made out to Mehlville School District. Current certificate of insurance naming the School District, and BLDD-DHA Architects as additional insured shall be issued upon notice to proceed. 5% Bid bonds will be required with the bid along with Performance and Payment Bonds with the successful bidder. Insurance certificates shall include automobile, workers' compensation, and general liability coverage. The Owner may accept or reject any and all bids for any reason.

The work consists of Phase II interior renovation of the New Central Office Building located at 2900 Lemay Ferry Road, St. Louis, Missouri 63125.
