From Campus to Career: Alumni share how their high school experience prepared them for their career

As outlined in the Mehlville School District Portrait of a Graduate, the district’s goal is for alumni to possess a wide range of values and skills to help them lead successful professional and personal lives by being creative and critical thinkers, self aware, persistent, communicators, and ethical and global citizens. A Middle School Schedule Steering Committee was formed last school year to research and provide feedback in the development of a new middle school schedule that is anchored in the values of student achievement, providing a structure that allows for increased instructional time, advanced pathways and expanded options, and personalization for students. The committee is seeking your feedback on a potential schedule change.

Security entrances, HVAC were the focus of summer maintenance in 2024

Mehlville School District students had safer school entrances and more comfortable classrooms at the start of the 2024-2025 school year due to summer construction. Several schools received new security entrances, while others received HVAC upgrades and roof replacements.

We call this our Portrait of a Graduate.

Located in south St. Louis County, Mehlville School District encompasses all or part of the unincorporated communities of Mehlville, Oakville, Concord and Lemay. Through its dedication to providing institutional excellence, fiscal responsibility and community benefit, our fully accredited district serves the educational needs of about 10,000 children in a community of about 96,000 residents within 42 square miles.
