Guidance and Counseling

Guidance & Counseling Philosophy Statement

We believe all students have worth and should be given opportunities to learn skills and strategies so they may become productive and well-adjusted members of the community. Opportunities for students should address their needs and be provided in a caring, supportive environment as an integral part of the total school experience.

Mission Statement

The Mehlville Comprehensive guidance Program is committed to furthering the emotional, academic, career, personal and social development of all students so they may become productive members of society. We do this by providing age-appropriate, developmental and preventative guidance and counseling services.
