Mehlville School District – Paper Order

Mehlville School District is beginning their annual paper order.
Click HERE to view a spreadsheet of our 2017-18 paper order. If interested, please provide pricing for all paper sizes notated on the spreadsheet for both white and color. This price should include delivery to three different locations.

We have a few requirements. 

  • We will need to start taking delivery the first week in June. 
  • We need to receive one truck load a week until the deliveries are complete. 
  • Delivery must be 40 cases to a pallet, no-over or under-runs.
  • Also, we ask not to be billed until after July 1, 2017
  • When submitting your bid, please let me know if these requirements can be met.

Bids are due by 4:00 p.m. Monday, May 1, 2017 and will be accepted by email to:  Tamie Francis at tfrancis@mehlvilleschooldistrict.net 

 




Prime Vendor Bid:

The Mehlville School District utilizes the Interflex bid management system for the prime vendor bid. Vendors interested in submitting a proposal should send an email request to Katie Gegg, Director of School Food & Nutrition at geggk@mehlvilleschooldistrict.net
