Streamlined and translated parent communication coming soon

ParentSquareMehlville School District will be launching a new communication platform called ParentSquare beginning with the 2021 Summer Session and the 2021-2022 school year.

ParentSquare is a simple and collaborative school-home communication platform designed to reach and engage every parent via the communication type and frequency they prefer. Parents can choose to receive information via email, text, app notification and/or automated calls. They can also choose to receive all messages in a daily digest or immediately. ParentSquare allows for two-way translated communication and allows parents to keep track of news and updates from their children’s schools and the district in one place.

“We hope to improve parent involvement and communication by giving parents more control over how, when and in what language they receive communication from us,” said Jessica Pupillo, Director of Communications. “ParentSquare expands our current parent communication options by allowing two-way communication and by compiling all emails, texts and posts in one place.”

Summer Session parents will begin seeing communication via ParentSquare in late May. All parents will begin seeing communication via ParentSquare in July.
