The Instructional Innovation Academy (IIA) is a two-year program that focuses on building and developing modern skills for teaching and learning while encouraging innovative instructional practices.

The IIA is a two-year commitment on behalf of participants and the school district. Academy members meet once a month for two hours and receive meaningful, challenging sessions that can be applied immediately to their classroom.
